There are two components to the total shipping time for orders.

Once you place an order, we must process it and contact the shipping company to pick it up from one of our warehouses. Once the shipping company picks up the order, they must deliver it.

The warehouse will process most orders placed within 24-48 business hours.

Most of our items ship with ground service or LTL freight, the economical shipping option.

We list the average time it takes for products to ship from the warehouse on every product. Some products ship more quickly than others due to order volume, inventory status, and the warehouse’s efficiency.

Our estimations of inventory status and “Times to Ship” are as fair and accurate as possible. However, occasionally, a product might go out of stock. In these cases, you will be contacted with your options.

All items, unless otherwise noted, ship with ground service – the most economical option. Some of our smaller products ship via UPS or FedEx. Most giant appliances ship via a truck line—every product on the site notes which method to send it. From the date of shipment, ground service takes at most 2-5 business days to reach its destination. Ground shipment can be faster than that if the point of shipment and delivery are geographically close.

Expedited delivery is available on select products that ship via UPS or FedEx. If you would like expedited delivery, please select that option at checkout. If you are not offered the opportunity for expedited shipping, that option is unavailable on that product.

Please note that we must still process your expedited order through our system, so an expedited order may still take several days to process before it ships from our warehouse.
