Built for Large-Scale Temporary Cooling
This 25-ton portable air conditioner is designed for applications that require serious cooling capacity and flexible deployment. It uses two 12.5-ton scroll compressors and delivers 10,000 SCFM of evaporator airflow, making it a strong fit for temporary cooling in warehouses, large tents, manufacturing facilities, construction sites, emergency response projects, and commercial spaces.
The unit is powered by 460V / 3-phase / 60Hz and uses single-point cam lock connections, helping simplify electrical setup on commercial and industrial job sites.
Cooling, Heating, and Dehumidification Capability
The AES25TDH46AEL is more than just a cooling unit. It includes a heat kit and dehumidification functionality, allowing it to support a wider range of temporary climate control needs.
The unit includes two 36 kW open coil heat kits, providing approximately 245,736 BTU of heat. It also includes both standard and dehumidification operating modes, with a custom thermostat controller for auto, heat, cool, and optional dehumidification operation.
This makes the unit useful for projects that require temperature control, moisture control, or both.
Rugged Construction for Jobsite Use
The AES 25-ton unit is built with rough-duty service in mind. It includes a heavy-duty welded structural steel inner frame, powder-coated construction, gasketed panels, stainless steel hardware, and vibration isolation on the refrigeration side.
For transportation and placement, the unit includes 3″ x 8″ fork pockets on all four sides along with strap guides for tie-downs and shipping protection. These details make it easier to move, position, and secure the unit on active job sites.

Service-Friendly Design

It includes easy-access filter doors, removable condenser fan safety shrouds, removable aluminum condenser coil guards, exterior refrigerant quick access ports, and an easy-access copper piping panel for sight glass viewing.
